'Gentle Fellow' (Richard Ernst, R. 1996). Seedling# JF168-2-7. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards violet, infused mauve; style arms violet and yellow; falls cream blending to dark butter yellow rim and shoulders; beards bright yellow, orange in throat; lightly ruffled. Seedling# F168-2: (('Irene Nelson' x 'Honest Pleasure') x Gaulter seedling# G81-17, involving 'Irene Nelson') X seedling# F104-1: (('Irene Nelson' x 'Sun Fire') x 'Friday Surprise'). Cooley 1996.
