1994, Kasperek

'Gnu Again' (Brad Kasperek, R. 1993). Seedling# 89-40F (SPORT). TB, 32" (81 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards medium violet (RHS 83B) with random off-white (155C) splashes; falls dark violet (83A) with random breaks and splashes of off-white; beards burnt orange tipped medium violet; ruffled; slight fragrance. 'Maria Tormena' X 'Eagle's Flight'. Zebra 1994. Honorable Mention 1996; Award of Merit 1998. Novelty.

From AIS Bulletin #293 April 1994 Introducing GNU AGAIN (Kasperek '94) TB 32" M. SPORTs model of GNU! This startling genetic sport has medium violet standards with random splashes of white. Large, ruffled flaring dark violet falls with random breaks and splashes of white. Orange beards tipped violet. 6-7 Buds. Maria Tormena X Eagle's Flight (89-40F SP). $35.00. Zebra Gardens.
