From Rainbow Hybridizing Gardens catalog 1963: GOLDEN ZEBRA (Sass '56) M-34". Stands out clear across the garden because of the intensity of its bright golden orange-yellow coloring. On closer examination it is found that the falls are prominently striped in brown in zebra pattern. Nothing else like this one. Lots of pollen. (Tobacco Road x Sdlg.) X (Russet Wings x Sdlg.).
