'Grit' (Tom Burseen, R. 2014). Seedling 010-1478A. TB, 36" (91 cm), Very early to midseason bloom. Standards brown-purple (RHS 187D), overlaid blue and washed gold; style arms darker brown-purple; falls dark brown-purple (187A), lighter edges; beard hairs based tan, burnt orange (167D) tips; flared; quite ruffled; slight spicy fragrance. 08705, 'Loco Coco' pod parent, X 'Beefy'. Burseen 2015.
