Standards concord (M&P 45-K-12), faint cream white shading on center and base; style arms violet (M&P 43-G-9 to 43-J-10), paler (M&P 43-E-7) shoulders, crests narrowly edgy brown (M&P 8-L-6); falls sulfur yellow (M&P 10-J-1), center paling to white towards edge and heart, slightly darker concord (M&P 46-K-12) striated plicata marking, near solid on margin and haft; ground color and patterning variable; beards blue white, violet midline base, antique gold tips.
