Standards blue white, deep red-purple spot at base, slight brassy-gold infusions; style arms blue white, buff edge and crest; falls brown ecru, slightly darker veins, russet hafts; beards russet, rusty brown at end, tangerine in throat; ruffled; sweet fragrance.

| From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2005: GUATEMALA - TB, 39" (99 cm), Early-midseason. Guatemala exemplifies the unusual, haunting colorations coming from two diverse breeding lines. Standards and styles are pale slate-white with style crests decorated with gold fringe. Falls are blended ecru to tan with paler edges and dark brownish-plum veined hafts. Dark russet beards are the perfect accent. Stalks have 2-3 branches with some triple stockets providing a complement of 8-12 buds. Sdlg. T77B: lmprimis X Romantic Evening. BONUS. |
