From Bonnewitz catalog, 1927: HELENA (Newlands). S. violet-blue; F. deeper richer violet-blue; orange beard. Medium size bloom. Bright green foliage ten inches high. Height of bloom stalk 15 to 18 inches. Early. $2.00.
