From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: HERALD ANGEL (Toamp. '61) E.L. 42 in. Cameo Coral x May Hall. This has medium sized flowers of beautiful winged form, heavily ruffled and fluted. Opening from fat square-tipped green buds, this retains a hint of green in the throat that accents both its whiteness and its rich Dawn red beard. Tall, excellently branched stalks with lots of buds. 20.00. |
