2017, Burseen

'Howla Pena' (Tom Burseen, R. 2017) Seedling 12-1755A. TB, 36" (91 cm). Early to late bloom. Standards burnt orange, overlaid copper-red; style arms gold, washed burnt orange; falls deep coppery-red, may appear slightly darker than standards with lighter copper halo; beards burnt red-orange; round, very ruffled; slight musky fragrance. 'Loco Coco' X Burseen seedling 09-276: ('Chocaholic' x seedling 07-302: ('Trial By Fire' x seedling 05-203, 'Mono Mania' pollen parent)). Stout Gardens 2017. Honorable Mention 2022
