From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2006: IMPOSTOR - TB, 36" (91 cm), Late. One of Thomas's goals has been to create an orange and black iris. Impostor is close. The colors are really pretty together. Creamy apricot standards have dark violet spots at their bases. Center of falls is apricot heavily overlaid red-grape. The rest of the fall is near black tinted red. Dark burnt orange beards smolder in the heart of Impostor. Average branching provides 7-8 buds. Growth is strong and increase ample. Sdlg. T8D: Braggadocio X Romantic Evening. BONUS. |
