INDIGLOW, by Bill Schortman, has brilliant, deep violet-blue coloring emphasized by a white-tipped beard. The flowers are formed in perfection, large, with conical standards and wide flaring falls. Growth is vigorous, branching ideal; one can expect eight or more blossoms on each stalk. The merit of this iris was cordially recognized in 1958 when it received the seedling cup at Region 14's convention. Melba Hamblen, "Honors, Review and Preview", A.I.S.
