'Infinity' (William Newhard, R. 1972). Seedling# 558. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason late bloom. Light blue-violet with touch of brown on hafts; white beard. 'Amethyst Flame' X 'Rippling Waters'. Palette 1972.

From AIS Bulletin #205 April 1972 Introducing INFINITY (Newhard '72) Sdlg. 558 ML 36 in. (Amethyst Flame X Rippling Waters). Standards light blue violet. Falls same with touch of brown on hafts. White beard. The individual blooms are impressive but Infinity's forte is performance. Three branches and terminal produce many flowers and Infinity is an easy bloomer. H.C. '70. $25.00. Palette Gardens.
