See below:
| From Kellogg's 1938 Over-The-Wall Garden catalog: JANET BUTLER. McKee 1938. Bright and charming, Janet possesses a personality that wins all who see her. A most delightfully blended variegata. The yellow standards are bronzed with lavender; the flaring falls are yellow with a blending of copper and red. Maroon venations accent the wide yellow haft, and there is an orange beard. The shape of the flower is excellent, as is the substance. The branching is good and the growth appears to be vigorous. Janet's corner is a gay one! HM '37 $15.00 |
