From AIS Bulletin #229, Spring 1978 Introducing KAREN LYNETTE (Wagstaff '78). Sdlg. #KW 71-110. TE, 34", ML. Light violet amoena. Standards are near white on opening but soon fade. Falls are light tint of violet with coral pink beard. Flowers are crisp and of flared form, ruffled and lightly laced. Good parent and produces many kinds of amoenas. Fertile both ways. HC '76.
