From Bonnewitz catalog, 1926: KHAMSIN (Millet) $1.00. S. light tan tinted violet, shading to creamy-yellow at base; F. cream with violet-red reticulations. Beard orange. Late. Two rhizomes at 85c each; five or more rhizomes at 75c each.
