KING JUBA (H. P. Sass, 1931)- A clear colored large flowered variegata, the brilliant contrast between the yellow standards and wide solid deep velvety red falls, making this a striking and much admired iris. Very large flowers on 36 to 40-inch stems. (Honorable Mention, 1932). 35c
KING JUBA (H. Sass 1931) M. 38". A fine variegata of clean sparkling colors. S. pure vivid yellow; F. velvety garnet red. The form is very good and the plant is a rapid increaser. Try this with 'Numa Roumestan' $.35. H.M., A. I.S., 1932. [1937 Quality Gardens catalog, Freeport, IL]
