'Kissing Circle' (
Stephen Stevens, R. 1980). Seedling# 76-37-4. TB, 30" (76 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards dark blue, infused lavender, lighter area on each side of midrib has plicata markings; falls white ground with 1/4" band same color as Standards, plicata markings in white area, blue line extending down from tip of blue beard; ruffled.
