From Fairmount Gardens catalog, 1938: LADY GAGE (Gage 1934) White flushed lavender when buds first open, changing to pure white; large, well formed flower. 32 in. $ .50
LADY GAGE—(Gage). Parentage lost. Medium size flowers of good substance. When the flowers open they are flushed delicate lilac-pink, and fade out to pure white the next day. Very free flowering, and increases rapidly. A most satisfactory garden white; midseason. 30 inches, $5.00. [Sunnyside Gardens 1934, Original Catalog Description]
