Hybridizer's Comment: If you were looking for an early show iris in orange colours, this is it. A bright orange self with a slightly lighter area around the beards. A rich colour that stands out from afar and calls across the garden to check it out. Beards are extremely vivid deep tango orange. Full ruffled, pleated flowers well balanced and with 3 to 4 flowers out at once on strong stems. It also has a nice citrusy sweet perfume. Fertile.
