From AIS Bulletin #229, Spring 1978 Introducing LIEBESTRAUM (Spahn '78). TB, 37", M-L. A distinctive color that really stands out. Buds are medium ripe watermelon color. Flowers have deep coral pink standards. Ruffled, semi-flaring falls are deep coral at tpe hafts, blending lighter towards the petal edges. A large white area sets off the bushy, deep coral beard that highlights the bloom. 5 to 7 buds on strong stems. Vigorous.
