'Lightning Flash' (Hazel Schmelzer, R. 1968). Seedling# 6-7-N 37. TB, 36" (91 cm). Late midseason bloom. Color Class-O1, Bright orange self; deeper orange stylearms, white area around beard. 'Lightup' X 'Chinese Coral'. Schmelzer 1969. Honorable Mention 1970.
