- [Cooley's Gardens 1987]: Showers of lilac and spatters of lavender adorn lovely broad falls accented with a deeper colored center stripe. The standards, also, are heavily sprinkled with stitching and dots, a deep stripe on the midribs echoing those on the falls. The beards are coral like a bright Easter egg amidst refreshing April showers. Try this different plicata to introduce delicate color and life into your iris bed. Excellent branch and bud count.
