From AIS Bulletin #213 April 1974 Introducing LOVELY LOVELY (Jack Boushay '74).69-BO.l: (Kingdom X Ultrapoise). TB, 34", M-L. This iris charts to be yellow ochre (Wilson 07/3), which is close to an apricot self. The beard is a little darker orange but almost a true self. The falls are horizontal and the standards are nicely domed and together at the top with heavy ruffling and lace. No other way to describe it but just Lovely! Lovely!. Net $25.00. J&J Iris Garden. |
