'Lovenest' (William Schortman, R. 1959). Seedling# 6108. TB, 36" (91 cm), Early midseason bloom. Color Class-BL1, Light-blue self. 'Chivalry' x ('Sierra Blue' x 'Santa Barbara'). Schortman 1960.

From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: LOVE NEST (Schortman '61) M. 36 in. Chivalry x (Sierra Blue x Santa Barbara). Wonderful pale blue of flaring fluted form with extra heavy substance and silky finish. A great favorite with garden visitors, and one of the showiest of the light blues. 10.00.
