From Fryer's catalog, 1921: Standards lemon yellow shaded bronze; Falls maroon-red edged bronze. Orange beard. Fragrant. $3.50.
From AIS Bulletin #9: Standards mustard yellow; falls velvety burnt lake; stalk short branched; growth vigorous; to two feet. Details: Standards erect; falls drooping; hafts conspicuous, yellowish, widely veined; beard dense, yellow orange; styles mustard yellow. Remarks: A rich variegata of the Glory Strain.
