'Magnolia time' (Cora May Pickard, R. 1964). Seedling# 59-34. TB, 36" (91 cm), Late bloom. Color Class-Wl, Warm white self. (('Cahokia' x Meiss seedling# 177c) x 'Cliffs Of Dover') X 'Swan Ballet'. Pickard 1965.

From AIS Bulletin #177, April 1965. Introducing MAGNOLIA TIME-Seedling 59-34. ((Cahokia x Meiss 177c) x Cliffs of Dover) x Swan Ballet). Large white self, warm as southern hospitality. Superior test grade. Blooms here at magnolia time, late. In the north it blooms with the last mediums. An iris enthusiast said, "When I think of a white iris, I think of MAGNOLIA TIME." 36" HC 1964. $25.00. Pickard.
