Marion Vaughn (Smith) is a clean, pure pale yellow with a white area at end of the beard...especially good branching. [Mathews, Mrs. W. R. (1949). Tall Beardeds in Louisiana, American Iris Society Bulletin 116(January 1950), 60.]
