From Carl Salbach catalog 1947: MARIPOSA MIA. A ruffled white of wholly plicata parentage. The exceptionally tall, up to 50" stems, beautifully branched, carry up to 10 buds which open into very large ruffled white flowers with yellow style arms and basal veining. The name is Spanish for My Butterfly. Very vigorous grower. Each $7.50. |
