'Mayober' (Edwin Rundlett, R. 1959). Seedling# B-20-R. TB. 32" (81 cm), Midseason bloom and rebloom (May-Oct in NY). Color Class-Y1M, Goldenrod-yellow self; gold beard. 'October Shadows' X 'Double Date'. Old Brook 1964.

From Old Brook Gardens catalog, 1964: MAYOBER (Rundlett '64) EM & Re 32" • A sunflower yellow self with conical, ruffled closed standards. Widely flaring waved falls, 6 inch span. Veining inconspicuous. Five way branching, up to 15 buds per stalk. {October Shadows X Double Date). Net $15.00.
