'Mel's Honor' (Mel Leavitt by Chun Fan, R. 1997). Seedling# P89-102. TB, 35" (89 cm), Early bloom. Standards violet purple; falls rich cream ground, rich violet purple sanding, dotting and center stripe; beards orange, violet at end; slight spicy fragrance. Parentage unknown. Fan's Iris 1998.
