1999, Schreiner

'Merlot' (Schreiner, R. 1999). Seedling# EE 297-B. TB, 37" (94 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Blended hyacinth violet and cherry red (RHS 59A); style arms violet and red, lip yellow; beards violet, hair tips yellow at end. 'Cannonball' X 'Mulberry Punch'. Schreiner 1999. Honorable Mention 2001; Award of Merit 2003.
