References:
From Milliken Gardens catalog, 1950: A charming plicata with a shell-pink ground color lightly sprinkled with dark rose dots. A golden beard adds a contrast note. It is an exceptionally good performer, the blossoms are large and ruffled, and either in the garden, or as a cut flower, gives a light airy touch. With browns or blues it is breathtaking. 3 feet. $7.00. |
