'Mint Julep' (
Mrs. Earl Recknor, R. 1952). TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason late bloom. Color Class-Y1L, Yellow self (chartreuse), pale haft markings. Parentage lost. Tell 1953.

MINT JULEP (Recknor '53). M - 36". A new iris having a chartreuse coloring very similar to that of
'Char-Maize'. A large full flower that is a true self and is devoid of any other coloring. Introduced
as a breeding iris for those interested in this elusive green coloration. HC '52. Regularly $1.50; on $10 order $1.42. (Rainbow, 1958, p. 15).
