'Money In Your Pocket' (Paul Black, R. 2007). Seedling K146A. TB, 44" (118 cm), Midseason late bloom. Standards medium blue; style arms medium dark blue; falls blue white, center 2/3 medium blue, paler toward margins, darker at haft, white rays or veins radiating from beard; beards blue white tipped medium light gold; ruffled; slight spicy fragrance. 'Walking On Air' X seedling C18C, 'Walking On Air' sibling. Mid-America Garden 2007. Honorable Mention 2009; Award of Merit 2011. Winner of Moscow International TB Iris Competition 2011 (first place). Wister Medal 2015.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2007: MONEY IN YOUR POCKET - TB, 44" (112 cm), Midseason-Late. MONEY IN YOUR POCKET is a top-notch garden iris that visually makes a very satisfying clump. Many visitors attending the 2006 Portland AIS convention added it to their must have list. Flowers are medium cornflower blue with white areas around beards sanded with blue rays. Falls are darker in centers blending to blue-white margins thus giving great depth and dimension to them. Superb show stalks grow from strong healthy plants.
