Monty Byers, R. 1985). Seedling# A-6-2. TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards pearly white to pale orient pink (RHS 36D) blending to aureolin yellow edge; falls creamy white, bright canary yellow (9A) hafts, paler yellow edge; cadmium orange (23A) beard; 3/4" pale violet horns; ruffled and lightly laced.

From AIS Bulletin #260 January 1986 Introducing MOONLIT (Byers 'S6) Sdlg. A-6-2: Entourage X Sky Hooks. TB, 36", M-L. Pearly white standards blending to aureolin yellow edges, the centers sometime blush pink. Falls are creamy white with bright canary yellow hafts and paler yellow edges. It has cadmium orange beards and pale violet horns. Large, very well formed, ruffled and lightly laced flowers. Extremely floriferous and vigorous, giving many stalks and increases every year here. Tall sturdy show stalks with 7-S buds. Hardy. It is throwing some beautiful and unusual seedlings including space agers with pink standards and yellow falls. $25.00. Moonshine Gardens. |
