1980, Innerst

'Mountain Dew' (Sterling Innerst, R. 1979). Seedling# 404-3. TB, 32" (81 cm), Midseason bloom. Blend of mustard, yellow and green, giving green garden effect; self beard; tailored. 'Green Eyed Lady' X 'Fluted Lime'. Innerst 1980. Honorable Mention 1983.

From AIS Bulletin #237 April 1980 Introducing MOUNTAIN DEW TB, #404-3,32". (Green-Eyed Lady X Fluted Lime). Same color as the popular soft drink for which it is named. Self beard and all. Greener than any of the modern greens I grow. 3 to 4 branches with 9 to 11 buds. Excellent branching. Pod fertile only. Wide and ruffled. $25.00. Sterling Innerst.
