From Bonnewitz catalog, 1927: MYSTIC (Bliss). Pure white except the base of the S. and F. which show a delightful shade of rose-lilac; light yellow beard. A very good medium size flower of good shape which blooms in mid-season and is the best white flower of its class. Not as large as Micheline Charraire, but it may be of superior quality. Height 36 inches. $5.00.
From Treholme Gardens catalog 1928: MYSTIC (Bliss 1920) E. 89 G. 90 32" L. S. well arched and frilled, absolutely pure white, purple markings at base only; F. straight hanging, white, with faint plum-red markings; yellow beard. Semi-branching stout stems, many flowers of good firm substance open at the same time. A very striking flower with a tendency to be bunched on the stem though not crowded. Not as large, tall or well branched as Michaline Charraire but equal in form and substance. $5.00.
