From Milliken Iris Gardens catalog, 1948: NAVAJO BRAVE (Milliken) A whole bag full of unassorted genes must have been dropped into this plant for portions of the flower fairly glow with a mixture of gold, lavender, red and whatever colors happened to be left. The general impression it makes, however, is that of a bright bronze. 2-1/2 feet. $8.00.
