Standards pink rosy blend; falls light grey violet, pinkish area near beard, dark rose blended edge; white beard tipped light tangerine. 'Nefertiti' X 'Arabian Tapestry'. Cape Iris 1991. Honorable Mention 1993.

From AIS Bulletin #282 July 1991 Introducing NEFERTITI'S DAUGHTER (Niswonger '91) Sdlg. 43-85: Nefertiti X Arabian Tapestry. TB, 32", M. This one is really different. Can you imagine a haloed bicolor blend? The stds. are a pink rosy blend with touches of salmon. The wide, ruffled falls are light grey violet with a pinkish area near the beards and a dark rose edge. The white beards are tipped tangerine. Three branches with seven buds. Pollen fertile, reluctant to set seeds. EC 1989. $35.00. Cape Iris Gardens.
