'Neil Diamond' (Roger Nelson, R. 1986). Seedling# RN 81-23K. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Ruffled smooth deep violet (RHS 86A/B); deep violet blue (near 89C) beard, gold orange deep in throat; slight sweet fragrance. 'Azure Lights' X 'Navy Strut'. Iris Country 1987. High Commendation 1985; Honorable Mention 1989.
