'Nicer Than Nice' (Richard Ernst, R. 2002). Seedling# NJF168-2-5A3. TB, 36" (91 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards medium blue, midrib and base blended lighter; style arms light blue; falls light blue blended medium blue at edge; beards tangerine; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling# JF168-2-5A: (seedling# F168-2: (seedling# B120-3: ('Irene Nelson' x 'Honest Pleasure') x Gaulter seedling# 81-17, involving 'Irene Nelson') x seedling# F104-1: (('Irene Nelson' x 'Sun Fire') x 'Friday Surprise')) X 'After the Dawn'.
