1971, Plough

'Night Out' (Gordon Plough, R. 1970). Seedling# 66-73-3. TB, 32" (81 cm), Early to late bloom. Standards darker than violet-purple (733) with near white area in lower center; light violet styles striped darker violet with large violet crests; falls same with white center rayed out from beard; flax blue beard tipped orange in throat. 'Wintry Night' X 'Stepping Out'. Eden Road 1971. Awards: Honorable Mention 1972.
