Hybridizer's comment: An overview of available "dark tops" shows this one to be a color stand-out. Slate purple standards lighten and vein into golden tan edges. Brilliant dandelion gold falls are uniformly colored except for a small blue white haze at the end of prominent solid deep chrome yellow beards. Lightly ruffled, with touching standards that lean open, dependent on weather. Two or three branches and terminal, up to seven buds. |
