From AIS Bulletin #334 July 2004 Introducing OXMOOR HILLS. Oxmoor Hills is a time tested reblooming TB iris, at 30" height. It was hybridized in Nebraska (climate zone 5), where it reblooms regularly. Here in Tennessee (zone 7-8) it reblooms several times before freezing stops the bloom. It is a ruffled violet blue iris with pronounced sweet fragrance. Beards are yellow, violet at end. Parentage is Violet Music X (Autumn Bugler x Sea Wolf). To get this iris distributed, I am offering it for only $25.00. James Ennenga. |
