| From Carl Salbach catalog, 1930: PADRE (Mohr-Mitchell) Coronado X (Sherbert X bronze squalens). A fine bicolor blend, with lavender and yellow flushed vinaceous standards and bright rosy purple falls, lighted up by a yellow beard and amber style branches. Its 42-inch stems, branched low and symmetrically, usually bear ten buds, so that the large well-shaped flowers succeed each other for a long time. $10.00. |
