1983, Ensminger
'Painted Plic' (Allan Ensminger, R. 1982) Seedling# 176-9. TB, 29" (74 cm). Early to late bloom. Butterfly blue (HCC 645/2) striped white with occasional plicata markings of moorish blue (739/1) around all edges; yellow ocher (07/2) beard tipped violet. 'Doodle Strudel' X 'Charmed Circle'. Varigay Gardens 1983. High Commendation 1982; Favorite Guest 1984; Honorable Mention 1985. Novelty.
