From Schreiner's 1965 catalog: PARISIAN BLUE (Schreiner 1965). ML 39. From two top rated blues--Sylvan Stream and Melissa--comes this fascinating blue in azure tones. Bluer than Sylvan Stream and devoid of any haft markings. Note the extreme breadth of petal, the serenely fashioned form. Parisian Blue is definitely a larger development in blue with superb branching and extremely uniform color. We have had outstanding success with blues . . . Blue Sapphire, Sparking Waters, Blue Baron, etc. and each year our blue seedling beds yield advances galore. This is definitely one of the finest blues we have put out. If you like blue iris, we are confident you will be pleased with this one. Sdlg. T 799-H. $25.00
