1956, Savage

'Parma Violet' (Rosyl Savage, R. 1954). Seedling# 5B52. TB, 44" (112 cm), Early midseason bloom. Color Class-V1B, Violet-blue self, light blue area around pale lemon beard. (Name changed from former registration of Bowl of Heaven as more fitting in color). 'Snow Flurry' X 'Great Lakes'. Savage 1956.
