From AIS Bulletin #225 Spring 1977 Introducing PARTY GIRL (Walt Luihn, 1977). #72-3. TB, 36", M-L. Lorna Lee X ((Glamorous x Celestial Glory) x B. Jones #839; ((Fanfare Orchid x ((Pink Enchantment x Party Dress) x Fanfare Orchid)). Tall and stately is this lovely charmer in her ruffled party dress of Orient pink. Her crisp standards are held tightly, and her wide starch-like falls billow gracefully below, and are decorated with thick beards of brick red (RHS 016). We feel that PARTY GIRL will be a welcome addition to the pink group as she will give the much needed height and branching to this color class as well as a longer blooming season. $25.00.
