'Party Wine' (William Plotner, R. 1992). Seedling# 85-513. TB, 38-40" (97-102 cm). Midseason bloom. Velvety dark wine purple with smoky purple (RHS 77A) signal on falls; beards dark purple, bronze deep in throat; slight spicy-musky fragrance. Seedling# 82-64: (('Lilac Wine' x 'Navajo Blanket') x 'Superstition') X seedling# 78-15: ('Space Blazer' x 'Superstition'). Wildwood Gardens 1992.
